JILCW Ministry

 

The Jesus is Lord Church Worldwide is a Christ-centered, bible based, Christian ministry. The Jesus is Lord Ministry was born in the heart of God, not in the heart of men.

 

It was founded in the year 1978. God through his sovereign design ordained Bishop (Bro.) Eddie C. Villanueva, a humble man from the Philippines, who was once a former radical activist, communist and atheist, to be the Pastor and Spiritual Director of this ministry.

 

Together with his wife Rev. Dory Villanueva, God has entrusted to them the Jesus is Lord Worldwide Ministries. By God’s divine power, they have established JIL churches in all provinces of the Philippines from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

 

They have saturated every district, city and municipality with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. When Bishop Eddie and Rev. Dory Villanueva were called by the Lord and started the JIL Ministry, God gave them the macro and micro vision:

 

Macro vision: this is to cooperate with the genuine Body of Christ all over the world in reaching all nations for Christ. This is in line with the prophecy that the Philippines is being raised up the Lord as a missionary sending nation.

 

Micro Vision: this is a special burden for the salvation of the Filipino people not only in the Philippines but as well as those who are scattered abroad.

 

JIL STATUS

Presently, the JIL Church has rapidly expanded to various parts of the globe. God’s anointing power has caused JIL to grow into a worldwide multi-ministry; establishing churches from Asia, Middle East, Africa, to Australia, to Canada and United States of America.

 

In Europe alone, JIL is operating in 18 countries, Austria, Andorra, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the Netherlands with nearly 120 worship services in major cities of Europe.
